The round the clock light of the Finnish summer ripens the turnip rapeseed into a particularly aromatic. The turnip rapeseed grower is an important partner for us and all our products can be traced back to the grower’s fields. The turnip rapeseed we use is 100% Finnish grown. We select the turnip rapeseed carefully and cold-press mechanically the oil from the seeds at low temperature. Our gentle cold pressing process preserves the authentic and natural taste of the turnip rapeseed as well as the valuable nutrients. Cold-pressed turnip rapeseed oil is a full-bodied treat and is suitable for cold and hot cooking.
