Same content and taste as before, but now with the new brand Schär. Schär Gluten Free Hot Dog Buns are soft sausage buns with a well-balanced flavour, suitable for both children and adults. The buns are pre-cut and ready to fill straight from the packet. The package contains six reasonably sized buns.

Ingredients
Water, tapioca starch, potato starch, rapeseed oil, yeast, maize starch, bamboo fibre, rice flour, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, xanthan gum; sugar, humectant: glycerol; vegetable fibre (psyllium), pea protein, rice protein, raising agents: glucono delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; salt. May contain traces of EGG, SESAME and MUSTARD.
