Kymppi Carrot casserole is a Christmas casserole made with a traditional recipe. Kymppi Carrot casserole is made from Finnish carrots and porridge rice. The casserole, baked in the heat of a rack oven, has a good baking surface and a soft texture. Seasoned traditionally with pinch of white pepper. Pre-cooked frozen product. Heating as thawed. Lactose-free, egg-free and gluten-free.
