Ambrosi DOP Parmeggiano Reggiano – cheese flakes are made from Parmeggiano Reggiano cheese that has been matured for 12 months. The maturing period gives the cheese a pleasant taste. It is well suited for cooking, eating as it is, or in salads. Parmeggiano Reggiano cheese is naturally lactose-free due to its long maturing period.
