This vegan Tahini is made from carefully selected, aromatic nutty organic sesame seeds that are gently roasted and ground into a smooth sesame oil. Sesame seeds are a good source of protein for those following a vegetarian diet. In addition, they are rich in dietary fiber. Use tahini to make homemade hummus or mix with sour cream, lime juice, honey and herbs for an Asian-style dip/sauce. It is also suitable for adding flavor to casseroles inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine or on top of bread as such.
