Extra Mature Cheddar has been ripened for approximately 14 months. This gives it a rich and aged flavour that is still creamy. The texture is slightly crumbly. A seriously flavourful cheddar. Cut the cheese into blocks and enjoy on the buffet, in sandwiches or use grated on an oven baked dish.
