Sana-sol Fe-Energy Iron is a blackcurrant-flavoured iron + vitamin effervescent tablet. Energy Iron contains iron, vitamin C, folic acid, and vitamin B12. Iron helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. B12 and folic acid contribute to normal blood formation. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Energy Rauta effervescent tablets have a fresh blackcurrant flavour and they dissolve easily in water. 1 effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water.
