Möller omega-3 for muscles and joints contains omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, manganese, vitamins C and D, and ginger. Recommended daily dose 2 capsules. The product’s MSC certification is a proof of sustainable and traceable fishing. The jar is made partially from recycled plastic. DHA (250 mg/day) is an omega-3 fatty acid that contributes to maintenance of normal brain function, and EPA and DHA (250 mg/day) contribute to the normal function of the heart. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. Cartilage is found on all joint surfaces.
