Lagom's delicious Snäkkäri is both a seed crispbread and a traditional crisp bread. Snäkkäri is baked of domestic pure oats in Finland, at Ullan Pakari bakery, with respect for the Nordic crispbread tradition. The holes on the surface of the bread bind the bottom and the surface to each other, preventing the creation of air bubbles inside the bread during baking, just as authentic breads have been baked throughout history. Snäkkäri is an unique and artisanal bread that tastes good on its own or with toppings. Suitable as a snack, for lunch, with soup or salad. Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan Snäkkäri is suitable for almost all diets. It doesn't contain any nuts or sesame seeds, which makes it suitable for people with nut allergies as well. Packed in a recyclable plastic bag. Best before date stamped on the bag. Package 240 g, four breads. It can be found in the store's dry bread shelf.
