Kymppi Swede Casserole puree is made from swedes grown in Finland . The raw frozen product is ready-to-use puree for making traditional swede casserole. The mildly seasoned puree is a good base ingredient, which can be further flavored by adding cream or spices. The ready-seasoned puree is suitable for e.g. vegetable steaks and sourdough baking. A product that needs to be cooked after thawing. The product is gluten-free and vegan.
