Mini mozzarella Galbani 150 g

Mini Mozzarella is a further development of the traditional mozzarella ball. Each ball weighs approx. 8 g and is preserved in brine to retain freshness. The small balls are ideal as a snack, in green salads or in sandwiches with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves, for example. Easy and quick to use.
