Our carefully selected apple chips are a 100% natural snack that appeals to both large and small taste buds. The apples are of different varieties such as, for example Pink Crisp, Jonagold, Gala and Elstar and harvested in September. The fresh apples are cut into thin slices, after which they are oven-dried gently at low temperatures for 5 hours, and thereby achieves a perfect crispness while maintaining the naturally sweet and light-acid taste.
