Allerum Rike® is a mature hard cheese 375g with 36% fat content. Rike® is a cheese from Sweden that melts in your mouth, with a different type of flavor realm; taste of umami, light sweetness and fruity notes. The taste profile is developed creaminess with a balanced acidity and saltiness. Rike is made from Swedish milk in Kristianstad. The cup packaging is simple and convenient to use and functions both as a serving plate and as packaging. The cup is nice to have on the table and ensures that the cheese stays juicy and fresh.
