The Swedish favorite cheese, Emmental-type Grevé was developed in Sweden in 1963. Its name follows the name of the Swiss Gruyere cheese. Allerum Grevé has a full, round, nutty and slightly sweet taste. The cheese has been matured for 12 months Allerum Grevé is suitable on top of bread, for cooking or as a snack.
