Ramavit Rauta 100 mg is a strong iron preparation that is gentle to the stomach and contributes to normal haemoglobin and ferritin levels. The tablet is easy to swallow, and contains iron bisglycinate, an organic amino acid chelate. Amino acid chelated iron is gentle to the stomach, in a form immediately ready for absorption, and it does not interfere with the absorption of other trace substances. Thus, the tablet can be taken independently of meals. One tablet contains 100 mg of amino acid chelated iron and 80 mg of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of iron. Suitable for use also during pregnancy and lactation and for vegans. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, as well as to normal oxygen transport in the body.
