Tikka Masala is a popular Indian meal sauce, originally from Punjab. This recipe is the British version of the Indian butter chicken classic, and it was developed in Glasgow, Scotland. The orange, aromatic sauce is mild and made with tomato, garlic, fenugreek, and coconut. Complete the meal by enriching the sauce with chicken, coconut milk, red lentils, and coriander. The sauce is ready to heat, so just fry the chicken or another protein like tofu or paneer cheese, add the sauce, and simmer until cooked.
