Rana gnocchi med spenat &mozzarella 280g

Giovanni Rana’s fresh filled potato gnocchi is an Italian classic that seduces all lovers of Italian cuisine. A delicious recipe made with durum wheat flour and potato. They are mostly used as an alternative for pasta with different kind of sauces. Gnocchi are well suited for a vegetarian diet. They do not contain palm oil nor glutamate. 2-3 servings. Filling 30%: spinach 27%, ricotta cheese (whey, milk, salt), mozzarella cheese 14%, mascarpone cheese, vegetable fibers (corn and potato), whey powder, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), dried potato, salt, natural flavors, starch, garlic.
