Urtekram Organic Coconut Cream is Fairtrade certified and completely free from additives. Our coconut cream has a delicate coconut flavor and an especially delicious, rich texture. Coconut cream is the richer version of coconut milk. It is made by pressing the flesh of organically grown coconuts and mixing it with water. This creates an especially creamy consistency that is perfect for curries, stews, and sweet desserts. It also means that we don’t need to add anything extra – our coconut cream is entirely free from additives! Tip: Coconut cream can also be whipped into a light foam. Add a little organic vanilla powder and whip for a short while – you’ll have the perfect topping for a dessert or your coffee. For the best result, make sure the coconut cream is chilled before whipping.
